For this Sunday’s guest chef experience, we are excited to bring back the OG of Sunday Socials at Cube… Chef Sam Robertson of Stirling Kitchen Catering.

Chef Sam brings a uniquely refined touch to his meals, drawing inspiration from his personal travels and rich culinary experiences.

ON THE MENU
🍜 Starter: Ramen Soup with roasted Pork Belly.
🐓 Main Course: Chicken Katsu - crispy breaded chicken cutlets served with steamed white rice and braised seasonal vegetables.
🍵 Dessert: Matcha Swiss Roll - a light and airy matcha-flavoured sponge cake filled with whipped cream.
