Chef Michal partners with Cube Coffee Bar to bring you a truly unique dining experience, using seasonal, locally sourced ingredients to bring the flavours of Thailand here to Tweed.

ON THE MENU

Starter: Thai chicken salad bowl with crisp iceberg lettuce.

Main Course: Thai Green Curry Fish - tender cod fillet and shrimp seared and delicately poached in a fragrant green curry sauce. Served on a bed of fragrant Jasmine rice.

Dessert: Chef Aniko’s creamy coconut cheese cake topped with strawberry coulis, seasonal berries, and toasted coconut.

Price: 3 courses for $65 + tax
