For our next Sunday Social, we are thrilled to welcome a renowned guest chef whose identity - by request - shall remain a secret. This individual has worked at some of the finest restaurants in Canada and Europe, including Actinolite Restaurant in Toronto, Langdon Hall Dining Room in Cambridge, and Julius Meinl Am Graben in Vienna.
Our Mystery Chef will deliver a fresh take on the Farm-to-Table experience, using locally sourced, seasonal ingredients to showcase the best of what Hastings County has to offer.
ON THE MENU
First Course: Beef Carpaccio
🥩 Paper-thin slices of premium Enright beef, draped in a silky, pepper-infused mayonnaise, crowned with aged Maple Dale cheddar shavings and tender mustard greens for a sharp, fresh finish.
Second Course: Lemon Taleggio Gnocchi
🍋 Pillowy lemon-scented gnocchi encasing a luscious Taleggio cheese filling, elegantly finished with a delicate white tomato glaze that balances creaminess with subtle acidity.
Main Course: Seared Picanha Steak
🥩 Perfectly seared Picanha, boasting a rich, beefy flavour, paired with smooth, buttery polenta, sweet caramelized carrots, and a fragrant gremolata to brighten every bite.
Dessert: Blueberry Frozen Yogurt
🫐 A celebration of fresh seasonal berries in multiple textures and tones accompanied by airy frozen yogurt cream.
