You can sign up for the entire weekend, or only join for selected days or sessions.
Helen will accomodate those who are in need of lodging/food.
The mini-retreat is an «open retreat». If you have been conducting Iyengar yoga for at least a year: Please come. Any other variations of yoga, at least two years of practice- welcome.

0700: Coffee/tea/light breakfast
0900-1200: Yoga Morning session
1230: Brunch at GRENDEHUSET
1600-1830: Yoga Evening session
1900: Dinner at Helen’s
Monday 25 August
0600: Coffe, tea, light breakfast
0730-1000 Yoga morning session
1100: Light brunch and farewell.
WHERE:
We offer Yoga, food and beds at Borøya Grendehus. Dinner at Helen’s place.
You can also decide to rent your own cabin, stay in tent or rent a room at TVEDESTRAND Fjord Hotel.
Nearest airports: in Kristiansand/Kjevik (1 hour drive from Tvedestrand) or OSLO/Gardermoen (3,5 hours drive). Bus available, as well as train from Oslo. MORE DETAILS TO FOLLOW regarding travel plans, pick-up in Tvedestrand/GRENSTØL bus-stop for those in need, lodging and meals.
PRICE YOGA:
Entire retreat: 7x2,5 hour classes= 390 E
1 day: 2x2,5 hour classes= 110 Euros
1 class: 2,5 hours= 60 Euros
Additional cost for sleep-over/Rent og GRENDEHUSET and meals: 2500 NOK.
