Evening Weekly Meet-In Person

East Grinstead Women's S.H.A.R.E is a group that meets weekly to help other women feel supported and resilient in coping with life.
Our meetings are FREE, with experienced volunteers and group members, sharing their struggles, solutions and empowerment.
Topics vary each week from feeling isolated, relationships, parenting, mental health issues, domestic abuse, bereavement and whatever might be a struggle for you that week. Techniques will be provided each week, with speakers once a month.
Come and support our group whilst supporting yourself and other women.
Meeting upstairs. Arrive 6.45 for 7pm start.
