Our meetings are FREE, with experienced volunteers and group members, sharing their struggles, solutions and empowerment.

Topics vary each week from feeling isolated, relationships, parenting, mental health issues, domestic abuse, bereavement and whatever might be a struggle for you that week. Techniques will be provided each week, with speakers once a month.

The daytime sessions are ideal for mums and carers with children under 5 years old. Your child is lovingly looked after, so you can focus on yourself.

FREE parking 9.30 am to 12.30 pm at King's Centre for attendees. Please allow extra time to book your car in and park.
