THE F2 SYSTEM – An Evolution in Pilates Equipment Design and Function

Learn more about the BASI Systems F2 Arm Chair and Spine Corrector, as well as the F2 addition to all the traditional Pilates apparatus. Participants will be introduced to innovative, new concepts and learn extensive repertoire based on the BASI Block System that can be applied to all other apparatus. Solidly grounded in the work and principles of Joseph Pilates, these designs greatly expand the range of exercises on the equipment and explore uncharted territory. The most exciting development of the Pilates equipment in recent years, the F2 System will introduce the professional to new dimensions in the Pilates work. Don’t miss your chance to get more acquainted with the revolutionary BASI Systems equipment. Workshop is open for every equipment teacher.

Time: Friday 12:00-19:00 (incl. break), Saturday 11:30-18:30 (incl. break)
