Continuing our tradition of East meeting West, we invite you to Hoku Tozai Taikai 2025, where two teams will face off in a friendly competition.
The Taikai welcomes everyone, beginners and sensei alike, coming from different countries. You'll have the chance to duel with opponents of a similar level. Whether you're looking to learn the basics of shiai or challenge experienced kendo players, there's something here for you.

1) For juniors and adults arriving already on Friday: At All-Star dance school
2) For adults staying only from Saturday to Sunday: At Rumbita dance school

1) Event fee up to €30 (see fee categories on our site)
2) Floor accommodation for adults €10 per night.
