With over 25 years of experience in design thinking, civic technology, and grassroots collaboration, Carlos helps purpose-driven organizations harness the power of storytelling, data, and community feedback.
Carlos is the author of The Victory of Greenwood and A Kids Book About the Tulsa Race Massacre, and he brings a powerful voice to conversations around justice, equity, and local history. His work has been nationally recognized, and he currently serves on the boards of Tri City Collective, Urban Coders Guild, and the World Stage Theatre Company.
