Andrea Reed, Holistic Health and Wellness Practitioner, will guide the group through a series of Fascial Maneuvers—gentle, intentional movements designed to support digestion, calm the nervous system, and release physical and emotional tension stored in the fascia. These movements are easy to learn and can be practiced daily to support long-term gut and overall wellness.
After we learn these movements, Joanna Francisco, ND and Certified GAPS Coach, will treat you to a light meal of therapeutic and delicious nutrient dense foods that assist with digestion and nutrient absorption. She will discuss how making small but significant changes to your diet can improve digestion, heal your gut, and restore your gut microbiome naturally with properly sourced and prepared foods - without having to purchase additional supplements.
Our goal is to empower you with simple, effective tools that promote self-directed healing and wellness -- saving you time, money, and stress.
We will be on grass (which is not sprayed), so be sure to bring a towel to sit on. And just wear clothes that you can move in, whatever you like. You don’t need to wear special clothing for this - and that’s one of the things I love about it! I’ve seen @andrea do this in jeans :)
