Be Community- Donation Based Class with Tyus Allen

This week's class is with Tyus from Texas!

Class will be an all level's vinyasa style leaning more on the side of power.

About Tyus:
Over the past 3 years yoga has become my biggest passion. I am truly fascinated by the depths you can go from body, breath & spirit which keeps bringing me back to the mat. It has become a huge pleasure of mine guiding people through movement & showing them that they are way more capable than they may have thought! I am able to bring the heat in a power flow, & also bring it back down to even below a simmer with restorative yin, I can guarantee that I have something for everybody!

Class is donation based. Pay with cash or card at the door.

New to our studio? We have mats available at no extra charge. You can just show up for class up to 15 minutes early.
