Authentic Relating Lab (Circling) is often referred to as a "relational meditation" because it focuses on communication practices that bring us deeply into the present moment and what arises in the here and now.

Circling is like a dojo for developing and sharpening your authenticity, self-awareness, conscious communication, and other powerful relating skills.

Circling can be a uniquely profound way of relating with other people, and seems to often open up feelings of awe, wonder, and a state of flow for those practicing this form of communication.
