Attachment Styles and Non-Violent Communication Workshop

Join Matt and Callyn for a workshop on attachment styles and non-violent communication. Learn about the different attachment styles—anxious, avoidant, disorganized, and secure—and discover where you fit into the puzzle. With open discussion and targeted prompts, we’ll help you begin to identify your own patterns and how they show up in your relationships, whether that’s romantic, with your family, or in the workplace.

In the second half of this workshop, we’ll offer practical tools to help you create and sustain the quality of relationships you are after—ones that are centered around intimate connection and nonviolent communication.

This workshop is for anyone who desires more conscious relationships, starting with the one you have with yourself. Come ready for self-inquiry, meaningful discussion, and connection with others who are also on the journey.
