In this unique two-part workshop, we’ll begin with a gentle yoga flow and guided breathwork to release tension, quiet the overthinking mind, and open up the body as a channel for presence and ease. This first half is all about relaxing the nervous system, softening self-judgment, and coming home to yourself.
From there, we’ll transition into a slow, grounded floral experience—no pressure to be a “florist” or an “artist,” just a chance to play, explore, and let your hands follow the flow. You’ll be invited to choose your stems, feel into color, texture, and movement, and let your arrangement become a conversation between you and the flowers.
Whether you’ve never touched a bloom or you’re already obsessed with petals and palettes, this space is designed to feel safe, nourishing, and free of perfectionism. We’ll hold space for any nervousness that may come up around trying something new—and gently invite it to loosen its grip.
