Guest speaker: Kelly Burley, Kelly came to animal welfare in 2019, serving as director of Common Bonds, an animal welfare initiative of the Oklahoma-based Kirkpatrick Foundation, before transitioning to Best Friends Animal Society, where he has been a member of the south-central region team since January 2024
