Summer Solstice Refresh: Guided Cacao Ceremony & Sound Journey
Come and join us for a unique and beautiful opportunity to celebrate and transition into summer with a solstice cacao ceremony and lightly guided sound journey.
Our intention is to connect to the bright energy of the summer solstice, the longest day of the year, to support you in using the sun’s heat and light to melt away your heaviness, let go of tension, and be with joy and aliveness. You are encouraged to come with an intention of something that you would like to release and offer up to the sun.
Sacred cacao assists in arriving more fully into the heart space and has powerful benevolent energies. The gently guided sound bath will help create a container and support your system to flow in its own intuitive journey.
This experience is for you if you:
-Struggle to transition to the summer months
-Have dense and heavy energy hanging around that desires to be cleared
-Are curious about starting your Saturday morning with intention and ceremony
This is an opportunity for you to move into the summer with lightness, joy, and connection in
a communal summer solstice ceremony.
*****Please bring a water bottle, yoga mat and/or cushions - for laying/sitting on the floor, a
blanket, and dress in comfortable clothing*****
We are limiting the number of participants to 15, pre-registration is highly
recommended to guarantee yourself a spot.

Natalie Campos, PsyD (she/her) and Johnny Gutierrez, ACC (he/him) have been in the world of healing arts for a collective 15+ years. They have been life partners for 10 years and have been stepping into healing, ceremony and space holding together. Natalie is a Holistic Psychologist and Johnny is a Somatic & Mindfulness Coach. They both have a background and love for nature, plant medicines, meditation, earth-based spirituality,
embodied healing modalities, energy wisdom, and psychedelic integration work.
