From June 26-28, you can taste an array of 5 different Oyster dishes ranging from a traditional naked Oyster, to a spicy Oyster Rocoto infused with special Peruvian Peppers, & even a complex Oyster Ceviche that is bursting forth with flavor!

Hosting the Oyster Fest is a way for us to share Peruvian Culture with our beloved city of Tucson.
