Flight School: Handstand

Join Marcie for a 90-minute handstand workshop where you’ll build the foundations (and the confidence) to go upside down. We’ll break down key tools—like bandhas (aka your inner locks), breath, and your brain—to help you find lift-off in your inversion practice.

Expect a fun, interactive session with supportive guidance. No experience, super strength, or Cirque du Soleil-level flexibility required—just a willingness to play and explore!
