Back to Core Exercise Class

Join us on Tuesdays & Thursdays from 11:00 AM - 12:00 PM in B7 for a dynamic fitness class led by a certified personal trainer!

This class focuses on building strength, improving flexibility, and enhancing overall fitness. Minimal equipment required: just a mat, stretchy bands, and 3-5 lb. hand weights.

All classes and activities at the Tubac Community Center are free, thanks to the generosity of our community.
