Led by Mackenzie, this 45-minute yoga flow is perfect for all levels—whether you're a beginner or a seasoned yogi. Surrounded by golden blooms and fresh morning air, it’s the perfect way to ground yourself and greet the day.
Your experience includes:
🧘‍♀️ 45-minute guided yoga session
🌻 One cut-your-own sunflower bloom
📸 Time to explore and take photos in the sunflower field
