Full Moon Circle and Flow with Danielle

Join me for an intimate Full Moon Circle & Intentional Flow as we step into the transformative energy of the full moon and connect with our highest Self.
We’ll begin with a guided full moon ceremony and meditation, creating sacred space to reflect, release, and set intentions. From there, we’ll move into a gentle, moon-inspired yoga flow designed to integrate our intentions and cultivate inner harmony.
After practice, we’ll enjoy a creative activity together, share chai tea and light snacks, and gather in community, celebrating the energy of the moon and one another.
