New Moon Reiki Drum and Meditation Class
New Moon Reiki Drum and Meditation Class. Sunday 27th April 7:45pm. Devoran Village Hall. New Moon is the perfect time to set intentions and create affirmations. The drum serves to cement these intentions as it creates neuroplasticity in the brain, allowing new neural pathways to be created and consolidated. At the same time, releasing any stuck energy, as well as activating the parasympathetic nervous system, affording a deeply relaxing, healing experience. We'll lead into this with a guided meditation and finish with other sound healing instruments. A truly blissful evening. Message me to book your space.
