On Saturday 9th August, our chefs will be rolling out a lobster feast, with all the trimmings, cooked on our konro grill. Caught locally in the Cornish waters, tuck into our succulent lobster, served al fresco style on our outdoor terrace, overlooking The Alverton gardens.
Arrive in style to a flute full of freshly-poured bubbles to sip on as you take your seat on our sun-soaked terrace. Of course, Lobster on the Lawn wouldn’t be complete without the star of the show. Sourced from the pristine waters of Truro’s circling coastlines, from lobster pot to plate, savour the freshest seafood tasting experience of the summer.
Our Head Chef, Ollie Wyatt, is expertly trained in preparing delights caught from our Cornish oceans, and this particular menu heroes the nation’s favourite crustacean – the lobster. Seen as decadent and luxurious, Ollie is stripping back the frills and serving a menu that focuses on the beauty of simplicity – with ingredients that enhance the already rich and sweet natural flavours of this meaty shellfish. Tickets to our Lobster on the Lawn event are £50 per person. This includes our rustic lobster feast and an arrival glass of fizz. We have limited tickets for this exclusive event, with tables being available every 15 minutes from 5pm until 7pm. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your booked time slot so that we can accommodate you.
