HIFT High Intensity Functional training Mondays 9.15-10.15am

Join me for an hour of top to toe High Intensity Functional Training.( HIFT.)
Suitable for all ages & abilities.
Designed to maintain your power, endurance, bone density, muscle mass & flexibility.
Class Format: Blocks of exercise followed by a small rest.
Concurrent Functional Training - Includes Aerobic / Strength Endurance / Motor Skills / Agility / Movement & Flexibility Elements
Simultaneously Increases Heart Rate , Recruit HIGH INTENSITY Motor Units for Strength & Hypertrophy and work in joint end ranges to improve mobility & flexibility.
We will provide resistance bands, loop bands & free weights. *Please bring a mat.
