Get ready to break a sweat at our Dance Fitness classes! Join us at All Saints Church, Highertown, Truro for an energetic and fun-filled workout.
Suitable for all ages, abilities, and fitness levels with a very engaging, fun and inclusive approach. So whether you're a seasoned dancer or a beginner looking to get in shape, these classes are perfect for everyone. So put on your dancing shoes and come join us for a fantastic time!

Programme Outline:
This is a programme of dance fitness exercise combining the basic aerobic style movements and dance styles the HMS Shipshape way, designed to help improve your cardio and all over body toning fitness but most importantly your emotional wellbeing and social connections!

Cost:: Everyone is welcome to join in this pay-what-you-can programme. We recommend a payment of £25 for all 6 sessions, or £6 per session, but we acknowledge that this may not be feasible for everyone. We kindly ask you to be honest and contribute what you can afford, allowing us to maintain our pay-what-you-can model. Your support enables us to sustain our workshops and work.
Places are non-refundable but transferable. If you can't make it, share this transformative experience with someone else! Unfortunately, missed sessions cannot be credited for future classes.
