Join Orangetheory Fitness Ithaca for a FREE outdoor workout—open to everyone! You don’t need to be a current member or have ever taken an Orangetheory class before. If you like moving your body, good vibes, and sipping cider, this one’s for you.

We’ll kick things off with a fun, all-levels bodyweight workout led by our OTF Ithaca coach, then cool down with a refreshing cider tasting courtesy of our friends at Idiot Brother.
