Yin & Sound Bath on the River is back! Join us by the flowing waters of the Truckee River this Summer for a soul-soothing Yin Yoga & Sound Bath experience.

Kate and Tiffany will be guiding these magical sessions monthly on the 2nd Mondays of the month (until it gets too cold) —immerse yourself on July 14th, August 11th, and Sept 8th.

THE EXPERIENCE
This offering blends the stillness of Yin Yoga, a deeply meditative and nourishing practice that targets the body's connective tissues, with the healing resonance of sound bath instruments. As you rest in long-held poses, waves of sound gently wash over you-melting tension, balancing energy, and inviting profound relaxation. The natural rhythm of the river enhances this immersive journey, creating a truly grounding and elemental experience.
