Release Your Fascia (For Horseback Riders)

Happy Monday Everybody,
The Tahoe Donner Equestrian Center is excited to host the first "Release Your Fascia" for horseback riders on Wednesday, October 8th from 5:00-7:00 PM. This unmounted class is taught by a local physical therapist who has been treating equestrians for several years. The class will comprise of a short lecture and various exercise/fitness stations to learn about practical self-assessment tools and improve the integrity of your fascia!

Myofascial decompression (cupping), laser sensory exercises and mobility work are a few of the components of this workshop.
