Whether you're juggling work, family, or simply seeking to build better habits, this session will empower you to take control of your routine and live with greater purpose and ease. Don’t miss this chance to reset and recharge with expert guidance!
Please bring a yoga mat or a chair to sit on during the relaxation period. We'll have snacks and appetizers available. Please bring a water bottle. This event will be held outside, unless the weather permits, in which case we will move inside.
