World's Largest Swim Lesson

Join us in building awareness of drowning prevention for the World’s Largest Swimming Lesson! This program was launched by the World Waterpark Association and serves as a platform to help communities build awareness about the fundamental importance of teaching children to swim. Join us for this quick, free lesson and help us break the last record set in 2014 with 36,564 participants in 22 countries!

World’s Largest Swim Lesson takes place on Thursday, June 26 from 7–8 pm at Troy Family Aquatic Center. Ages 3–16. THIS EVENT IS FREE; however, registration is required.

⚠️ This is an official City of Troy, Recreation Department event. Program registration may only be conducted through the department with a registered household account. RSVPing to Facebook events is NOT considered as registration. Learn how to create a household account at rec.troymi.gov/welcome.
