ALL Veterans and their civilians come and join us, Team River Runner St Louis (TRR STL),
https://www.teamriverrunner.org/chapters/missouri-st-louis/ , near the boat ramp of Lincoln Lake in Cuivre River State Park (exact location below) on 19 August, 10 to 10 (for whichever part you want) for an enjoyable day of paddling.
TRR is equipped to aid Vets through health, healing, and community. If you want to get on the water, together we will figure a way regardless of mental or physical differences. We are mainly composed of Vet volunteers, many of whom have changed their lives through their interaction with TRR.
You and each guests (including children) must be registered, have signed waivers, and have submitted a $10 deposit to attend. Register here:

WHO: ALL Veterans and their civilians
WHEN: 19 August 2025, 1000 to 2200
WHERE: The Boat Launch of Lincoln Lake at
Cuivre River State Park
WHAT: A day of instructional and recreational
kayaking, friendly competition (time
permitting), and a night hike. Join for part or all.
HOW: $10 deposit to register each individual participant to attend, gain use of TRR STL gear,
plus lunch and dinner provided by VFW / Auxiliary Post 8828 and American Legion Post 94 /
American Legion Riders. Troy's Sonic, Imo's, and Auto Parts have offered donations towards swag and prizes.
WHY: Join Team River Runner (TRR) STL to get our Veterans out, active, and healthy!
Requirements: Each individual applicant (for themselves and each accompanying child)
needs to:
1. Complete the application;
2. Complete a TRR waiver;
3. Pay $10 reservation. TRR will return $10 deposits to ONLY Veterans (and ACA
Instructors) AFTER their attendance. Civilians pay $10.
