Join the West OCTA Region during a celebration of local community theatre! The OCTA West Regional will feature two excerpts from the 2024-25 seasons for Troy Civic Theate and Amil Tellers of Lima, presentation of the Spirit of Community Theatre Award, and a West delegate meeting, with the day ending in presentation of OCTA awards and the announcement of the official invitee to the OCYA State Conference. As part of our festivities, we’ll also be doing a “Fill the Sandbox” collection, in preparation for the Annual State Conference! We’re asking people to bring new beach-themed items—such as sand toys, beach towels, sunscreen, etc.—to help stock the West Region Box.
During the Delegate Meeting, the West regional representatives for the year September 2025 to August 2026 will be elected. Two of the current representatives are planning on stepping away - anyone interested in being leading the region are asked to contact Lead Rep Michelle Peterson. Nominations for representatives will also be accepted during the meeting. All West theatre delegates are encouraged to attend the regional and the meeting.
The West regional is being hosted by Troy Civic Theatre, located in Troy City Park (across from Hobart Arena) on Adams Street, in Troy, Ohio on Saturday, July 5th, 2025. The cost of registration is $10
