Dementia Support with Day City Hospice

Dementia Education & Grief Support Group

This support group is provided for everyone that has been affected by dementia whether it be the one with dementia, family, caregivers or friends. All are welcome! The group’s attendees will all have similar experiences but still have their own story and journey to share. Bring all questions and concerns to the group for us to dive deeper into. No question is too small for this group.

The purpose of this group is for people to come together to share their experiences and questions while being supported in a respectful and safe environment.

Over the next few months we will focus on managing challenging behaviors, handling communication with difficult family members, and anticipatory grief.
