Ease into yogic postures and experience yogic breathing for improved energy and inner calm. Chair yoga is a modified, gentle form of yoga that is performed either sitting on a chair or standing using a chair for support. This class is ideal for you if you prefer to practice without getting down to floor level. Please bring a towel, water, and insect repellent.
