HBP Control: A Hypertension Self-Management Program- FREE class

Do you have high blood pressure? Are you looking for ways to control it? High blood pressure puts you at risk for heart disease, stroke, kidney disease, vison loss, and other health concerns. HBP Control: A Hypertension Self-Management Program is an eight-week evidence-based workshop designed to provide you with information, tips, and tools to help you take control of your blood pressure. Participants learn about the basics of hypertension, stress management, the importance of nutrition, incorporating physical activity and more.
