Celebrate the balance of light and dark with this transformative practice of 108 Sun Salutations (Surya Namaskar). As we honor the Fall Equinox, we'll flow through this moving meditation to release the old, set intentions, and embrace the season shift. All levels are welcome - modifications and rest breaks will be encouraged. We will end with ground stretches and a restful Savasana. Be sure to bring water and an open heart. Prepare to step into autumn with clarity, strength, and presence.
