Join us for a deeply restorative 3-hour journey of cacao, sound, and movement designed to awaken your voice, balance your energy, and ground you into deep presence. We begin by sharing a warm cup of ceremonial cacao, opening the heart and softening into connection. Through chakra toning with vowel sounds, we will activate and align our inner energy centers, allowing vibrations to flow freely. Gentle restorative yoga postures will support the body in unwinding, while a soothing sound bath weaves everything together, offering space for integration and deep relaxation.
This experience is an invitation to rewild the voice, using sound as a bridge to deeper intimacy with oneself and the living world. No singing experience is needed—just an open heart and a willingness to explore.
In today’s fast-paced culture, many of us live too often in a state of stress and disconnection, making it difficult to access our natural state of heart coherence—where the heart, mind, and body are in harmony. Cacao is a powerful ally for heart opening, helping to shift us into a state of ease and receptivity. When paired with breath, vocal expression and deep listening, it fosters a sense of inner alignment and connection to both self and community.
This workshop is designed to support nervous system regulation, emotional release, and connection to the body’s natural intelligence through sound and movement.
