Soul of Sauna (Find your breathing space!)

Find your breathing space! Soul of Sauna sessions bring you sauna rituals built around changing themes. The sessions start with opening up the body with simple movements & stretching. Breathing techniques, aufguss with essential oils and a long relaxation with calming music, singing and some mythical elements follow.

Length of the ritual: ca 45-60 minutes in two parts with a pause between. Sauna and facilities can be used after the ritual (total session length 2,5 hours).
