Join us at the Whistlestop for our Seafood Paella Spanish Dinner on Thursday June 26th
This is a prix fixe 3-course dinner inspired by the flavors of southern Spain.
Starter: Baked crab cake salad with piquillo peppers stuffed with goat cheese & toasted almonds
Main: Seafood Paella with Shrimp, Chorizo, Mussels, Clams, and Calamari on saffron rice with leeks, grilled asparagus, and lemon
Desert: Tres Leches Cake/ spicy chocolate tart!
There are a limited number of servings available. To make sure you get your delicious seafood paella, please purchase your tickets as soon as possible. Any extra servings of Paella may be available for a la carte ordering. You can choose to arrive at the Whistlestop any time from 5pm until 8:30p.

$49 per person (plus tax & tip) Servings arelimited and we expect this dinner will sell out.
Spanish Wine pairing is $20 per person (optional)
Our good friend, Chef Chris Spradlin of the Texas Paella Co. will be joining us to make the magic happen, along with Chef Tori and our fantastic Whistlestop team members.
An optional Spanish wine pairing from our sommelier Darren Dittrich will be available, including some special bottles we'll be opening just for this event. You can expect to sip some sparkling Cava, coastal whites, and luscious Spanish reds.
