Join us for a soul-filling Saturday morning to move, create, and connect - there will our final workshops of the season!
What to Expect:
🧘🏼♀️ 45-minute Vinyasa Flow with Amy - suitable for all levels
🎨 A guided painting session with Molly - all materials provided
