Sunday Run Club – Week 76
Join us for our Week 76 community run at Elizabeth Park! The event will begin at 9:00 AM and is open to all experience levels — whether you’re looking to run for a full two hours or just complete a single loop.
Event Details:
• Location: Elizabeth Park (we’ll meet at the start of the park just before the bridge)
• Loop Distance: 1.2 miles
• Start Time: 9:00 AM (rolling start welcome)
• Run Duration: Up to 2 hours – run as much or as little as you’d like
• Route Direction: Counter-clockwise, following the flow of traffic
If you’re arriving after the 9:00 AM start, you have two options:
• Begin running clockwise until you cross paths with the group, then turn around and join in.
• Wait near the loop entrance — the group will return shortly as we complete each loop.
Additional Notes:
• This is a relaxed, social run — perfect for beginners and experienced runners alike.
• All paces are welcome and encouraged.
• Bring your own hydration and dress appropriately for the weather.
• After the run, feel free to grab breakfast or lunch at one of the nearby local diners — a great way to connect with fellow runners.
