Sunday Run Club - WEEK 72

WEEK 72

The park is a 1.2 mile loop; start time is going to be 9am but everyone is welcome to join in and drop out whenever they wanted. Come see how far you can get in 2 hours or just come and run one loop; all paces are welcome and encouraged to come. This will be an easy fun run!

We will meet at the start of the park right before the bridge and run counter clockwise with the flow of traffic. If you are joining in after the 9am start; you can either start running clockwise until you cross paths with the group, or wait the short amount of time till you see us return to the start of the loop.

This is a perfect opportunity for beginners to get started and to meet other’s within the community.

Make sure to bring plenty of hydration and to check the weather for proper attire for the run.

After the run feel free to grab Breakfast/Lunch at one of the local diners.
