ESCF Kids and Teens Camps are where Fun Meets Fitness!
These sessions give our kid and teen Athletes the opportunity to stay active and explore age-appropriate movement in a fun and safe environment.
Our younger Athletes will develop fundamental functional movements, while incorporating coordination, mobility and free play. Kids will get the chance to experience new pieces of equipment under the careful supervision of our Coaches.
Pre-teen and teen Athletes focus on proper form and technique while utilizing dumbbells, kettlebells, barbells, body weight movements and yes, GAMES. Moving with intention and intensity will help build cardiorespiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance, and accuracy in a fun and exciting way. AND still have FUN.
ESCF Coaches strive to build confidence, camaraderie, good sportsmanship, teamwork, along with a healthy dose of competition while instilling independence.
$65 Per Athlete, with a 10% discount for multiple Athletes from the same family.
Session 2 is July 21-25 and will run each day from 10:45 AM - 11:45 AM.
Register today to save your spot, $20 registration fee. Final payments will be done prior to camp start. Registration Fee will be credited towards final payments.
*We will offer an additional discount to families who participate in both weeks. First week is July 7-11
