Writing and Improving Effective Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

Cost: $99

Class Description: Learn how to create clear, concise, and effective SOPs that can be easily understood and executed by anyone, including novices. This course covers a hands-on activity demonstrating the importance of well-written instructions, classroom instruction on SOP development stages, writing standards, and best practices, and a group evaluation of real-world SOPs. Participants will gain practical skills for involving end-users, selecting appropriate delivery methods, incorporating visual aids, and establishing continuous improvement processes.

Meeting location: Historic Barns Park “Workshop 223” – From Silver Drive entrance, make a Left at the first stop sign, first building on the left. Look for the SEEDS flags!
