The swap starts promptly at 10 a.m. Please arrive a few minutes early to register.

WHAT:
*Bring at least 2 jigsaw puzzles in good condition to swap for new-to-you puzzles to take home. Puzzles must be in a ziplock bag inside the box and a rubber band around the outside of the box. Puzzles for all ages and abilities welcome.
*Bring as many puzzles as you want, there is no maximum. Bring at least 1-2 puzzles minimum, the more the better.
*Feel free to post the puzzles you have up for exchange on our group page. Arrangements for pre swaps can be made ahead of time using private messages.
PUZZLE ETIQUETTE:
* Be honest and truthful.
* Swap only clean puzzles that are free of debris, smells, pet hair, etc.
* Put pieces in a resealable bag inside the box and a rubber band around the box. (do not put tape on the boxes).
* Do your best to ensure all pieces are included. If your puzzles are missing pieces, attach a sticky note on the box explaining the number of pieces missing. You can use blue carpenters tape too.
* Have fun!
PUZZLE SWAPPING:
1) Upon arrival register at the sign in table. A number will be assigned.
2) Place all your puzzle boxes on their respective tables on their sides showing the puzzle image. (Tables are labeled = under 400, 500, 1000, 1500, 2000+, multi-packs, missing pieces, unverified)
3) When the swap begins, numbers will be called at random. The puzzler will go to the table and choose a puzzle. After everyone has had a turn, we will begin round 2 of number calling. Again numbers are called randomly for the sake of fairness. We will do this for a few rounds. Once the rounds are complete, puzzlers are welcome to take the remaining puzzles. Any leftover puzzles will be held and brought back to the next swap.
