Join us for a reflection on how the fear of catastrophe and collapse is separating us from one another and driving the powerful toward their own protection at the expense of all of us. The timeless spiritual virtue of empathy is a practice for us to navigate these perilous times. How can we deepen our practice and our commitment to not let go of each other— even when we’re afraid?

Lucy is a faith-based organizer, somatic coach, and ritualist dedicated to body, spirit, and justice. With a focus on collective liberation and anti-oppression, she brings an embodied approach to personal and public life. Based in Northern Michigan, Lucy draws wisdom from the land, her children, and the trees she tends. We're grateful to speak with her this week.
