Join us for a deeply transformative somatic breathwork experience designed to help you reconnect with your body, regulate your nervous system, and release what no longer serves you. This journey is open to all- no prior experience necessary, just a willingness to breathe and receive.
Through intentional, guided breath and somatic awareness, we'll move stagnant energy, create space for emotional release, and return to a grounded sense of presence. This is a sacred space where you're invited to drop in, let go, and remember the wisdom within.
Somatic breathwork is a powerful tool and strong emotions may arise. This is a safe space to allow this to move through you. It is recommended to refrain from eating for 2 hours before doing breathwork. Please wear comfortable, non-restrictive clothing and bring a water bottle, yoga mat, and blanket. There are yoga mats and blankets available in studio if you do not have one.
This breathwork is not recommended for if you are pregnant, have epilepsy, or have had a recent cardiac event.
