CYANOTYPING WORKSHOP
Celebrate the cool technique of Cyanotyping by creating your own blue dyed floral impression.
In this hands-on class, you’ll explore the science of dying while working with a wide assortment of summer flowering plants. Harness the power of solar light to capture the relief impressions on both paper and fabric. In the class, each participant will contribute to making a seven foot long fabric mural that will be on display during Art in the Elements at Meadowbrook Hall from Sept 4-7 and take home two of their very own fabric dyed impressions, too!
Light "blue themed" refreshments will be provided as you tap into your creativity in this inspiring garden setting.
