Through a blend of guided visualizations, embodied exercises, lecture, and workbook activities, you’ll explore how to tune into your body’s natural signals and let go of external rules and restriction. We’ll dive into the emotional, physiological, and even spiritual layers of nourishment—so you can make food choices that support your well-being and reflect your intuition, not guilt or control.
