Ladies Self-Defense INTRO

Join us for our first intro class this school year! Our formatting is switching to EVERY Monday this year, with the first class of each month being an intro and what to expect the following weeks in a self-defense workout class.

September 8, 6:15pm, this class is information-based with hands on practice. Dress comfortably and bring clean shoes or socks!
